Peg Gerdes

Peg Gerdes is a Change Leadership Consultant and the founder of Tall Tree Communications LLC, where they focus on management and change consulting that energizes organizations towards sustained positive change. With a unique background in financial services, technology, energy, and professional services, Peg has held various leadership roles, including Co-Founder of Multus, Inc. and Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank. They have developed award-winning training tools and executed comprehensive change management strategies for numerous organizations. Peg is currently pursuing degrees in New Media at Golden Gate University and B.A. in Journalism, Psychology, and English at the University of Iowa.
