Robert Joga

Robert Joga is an accomplished labor relations and human resources professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Labor Relations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since October 2014, Robert oversees a team providing comprehensive labor support across the organization. Previously, Robert held positions as VP of Labor Relations at Domtar, where responsibilities included managing national retention agreements and labor support for manufacturing facilities in the US, Canada, and the EU. Robert has also worked as Assistant General Counsel at Xcel Energy, Vice President of Litigation & Employment Law and Human Resources at Level 3 Communications, and Vice President of Human Resources & Labor Relations at Qwest Communications International, Inc. Robert's foundational education includes a JD from the University of Colorado and a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, also from the University of Colorado.
