Robyn Briggs, MBA, SPHR, is a change management professional dedicated to ensuring that people remain central to organizational transformations. With a career that began in professional theater, Robyn transitioned into human resources, serving in various roles including HR Manager at BDO Seidman LLP and HR Program Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Currently, as an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Blue Shield of California, Robyn consults on IT transformation projects and leads change initiatives. Robyn holds an MBA with a specialization in HR from The University of Connecticut and a BFA in Theater from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
