Shane Guess

Shane Guess is the Director of Nuclear Quality Verification at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, a position they began in 2023. Prior to this role, they held various engineering and managerial positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 2004 to 2009, notably serving as a Reactor Engineer and Senior Reactor Operator. Shane is also an investor at Votive Health, contributing to innovations in value-based care since 2020. They hold an M.B.A. from the University of La Verne and a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
