Shawn Adderly

Shawn Adderly is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Manager of the Transmission Performance Center at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where responsibilities include developing organizational structures, establishing key performance indicators, and managing project milestones. Prior experience at the same company includes roles as Chief of Staff and Senior Product Manager, where Shawn focused on clean transportation goals and strategic collaboration. Earlier roles as a Data Scientist involved data analysis and the development of probabilistic models for asset management, while tenure at IBM involved improving semiconductor manufacturing processes. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s in Statistics, and a Master's in Manufacturing Engineering, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Management for Engineers, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering at The George Washington University.
