Shilo Terek, M.P.A., CCEP, is a dedicated compliance professional who has been with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) since June 2009 and currently serves as a Principal Program Manager in Electric Operations Quality Management. In this role, Shilo is responsible for enhancing the safety and reliability of electric transmission and distribution systems while delivering on Wildfire Mitigation Plan commitments. Prior to this position, Shilo worked as a Principal Investigator in the Employee Concerns Program at Diablo Canyon and spent five years on PG&E's Corporate Affairs team, advocating for public and employee needs. Shilo also worked as an Advancement Coordinator at Cuesta College and is a past chair of the National Communications Committee for U.S. Women in Nuclear. Shilo holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and is passionate about supporting local community initiatives.
