Steve Collins

Steve Collins is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Sr. Operations Specialist at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since April 2010. In this role, Steve supports the real-time operations of PG&E's transmission grid and focuses on the design, development, and training of NERC certified Transmission Dispatchers, System Operators, and Apprentices using the SAT/ADDIE process. Prior positions include Grid Operations Supervisor, where Steve monitored the PG&E BES transmission system and managed a team of shift employees, and Senior System Dispatcher, overseeing real-time operations. Earlier in his career, Steve served as Staff Pastor at Grace Bible Fellowship from July 2003 to April 2009, where responsibilities included directing and managing a congregation of over 300 members. Steve holds a Diploma of Biblical Studies from Grace School of Theology & Ministry, earned between 1987 and 1990.
