Susan Griffith

Susan Griffith, MBA, CCP, currently serves as an Executive Compensation Analyst, Principal at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since October 2022. Previously, Susan worked at RGP from November 2014 to November 2022 as both a Compensation and Benefits Consultant and a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, where responsibilities included developing an Access database for ACA compliance. Prior to RGP, Susan held the position of Compensation Program Manager at NRG Energy, managing the transition of compensation programs during an acquisition, and previously at Edison Mission Energy, supervising the Compensation and HRIS department and administering various bonus programs. Susan's career also includes roles as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at both New Century Financial Corp and New Century Mortgage, and as a Helpdesk Manager at WinSoft, Inc. Susan holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Design from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in History from UC Irvine.
