Tom Beene

Tom Beene has extensive experience in the energy sector, spanning over three decades. Initial roles included Plant Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager at Ogden Energy Group, overseeing operations in Michigan and the Mid Atlantic region. Tom then served as Plant Manager at ACE Co-Generation Company, managing California's largest independently owned coal-fired power plant. Subsequently, at Terra-Gen's COSO Operating Company, Tom handled maintenance for a geothermal facility with significant power generation capabilities. Currently, Tom holds dual positions at PG&E as Southern Area Superintendent of Gas Transmission, Maintenance & Construction and Manager of Hydro in the DeSabla Region, which encompasses multiple hydro facilities. Tom earned an Associate of Science degree in Civil Technology from Columbia State Community College.
