Will Dong

Will Dong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Principal of Integrated Grid Planning at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since April 2012. In this role, Will has led the development of California's first Integrated Resource Planning policy and technical framework, along with previous experience as Manager of Integrated Resource Planning and Senior Analyst for CAISO Market Design & Monitoring, where Will facilitated PG&E's entry into the Energy Imbalance Market. Prior to PG&E, Will held positions at NYISO as a Capacity Market Specialist, Air Products & Chemicals Inc. as Lean Six Sigma Manager, DELL as Global Project Manager, and L-3 Communications as Systems Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
