Andy Dashner is an experienced leader in engineering and operations, known for a proven track record in operational performance, safety leadership, customer service, emergency management, and leadership development. At Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Dashner held various roles including Division Superintendent and several director positions, where responsibilities encompassed leading large teams and overseeing critical electric infrastructure in urban areas. Currently, Dashner serves as Senior Director of Electric Distribution Design & Estimating, managing a substantial organization responsible for the execution of PG&E's multi-billion dollar electric distribution portfolio. Dashner earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
