Raphael (Raffaele) Amato is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, coaching, and higher education. Serving as Executive Director at L'Arche Ottawa from 1996 to 2002, Raphael led the amalgamation of two organizations through an inclusive stakeholder process. Currently, Raphael operates as an instructional facilitator and consultant at PGF Consultants, and has been a management coach at Y2 Consulting Psychologists Inc. since 2011. As an organizational development consultant with BEVA Global Management INC since 2008, Raphael specializes in leadership development, change management, and emotional intelligence.
