Eugene Philips

Eugene Philips is an experienced investment manager specializing in private real estate, currently working at PGGM since 2014, covering the Americas. Previously, Eugene served as the Head of Research Europe at CBRE Global Investors, leading a team of 16 researchers across nine countries, and was responsible for European market research and investment strategies. Eugene's extensive background also includes key roles at ING Real Estate Investment Management, where responsibilities spanned research, investment strategies, and product development, and at ING REIM Europe, focusing on designing strategies for Real Estate Funds. Early career experience includes management positions at TechnologyRating International, Postbank Hypotheken, ING Insurance, and military service as a Lieutenant in the Royal Dutch Navy. Eugene holds an MSc in Information Technology from Delft University of Technology and has also earned a Dutch investment analyst qualification.
