Jan Baars is currently the Head of Actuarial Policy and Research at PGGM, where they lead initiatives in actuarial practices. They previously served as an Expert Actuary at PGGM from 2014 to 2018 and worked as an auditor at Langton Clarke from 1995 to 1996. Jan holds a degree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992.
