Mark Nipper

Mark Nipper is the Senior Program Controls Manager at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc., where they apply extensive expertise in project controls. Previously, they held key management roles at Roche, Jacobs, Microsoft, URS Corporation, and the US Army Corps of Engineers, culminating in over three decades of leadership experience. Mark earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Structural Engineering, as well as an MBA in Finance from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and Long Island University. Mark's foundation in Civil Engineering was established at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
