Andrew Baker, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with a robust background in leading critical projects, primarily in the financial services and military sectors. As the Director of Project Management at PGIM since September 2021, Andrew has emphasized project governance and innovative solutions for business challenges in asset management. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Project Manager at Prudential Financial from November 2015 to September 2021, where a focus on process improvement and business strategy was paramount. Andrew's leadership experience was further honed during a tenure as a Captain in the U.S. Army, managing teams of up to 262 soldiers and overseeing significant equipment assets. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Scranton.
