Anna McDonald

Anna McDonald is an accomplished leader in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Global ESG Strategy at PGIM since August 2022. With a robust background, Anna led the Ethical Investment Advisory Group for the Church of England from September 2019 to August 2022, guiding ethical investment practices for various National Investing Bodies with a collective AUM of £15 billion. Prior to this, Anna held significant roles at Barclays, including Head of Large Corporate Banking in the East of England and Director for the Higher Education Sector, as well as positions at BNP Paribas and Société Générale within loan syndications and trading. Anna's academic credentials include a High Impact Leadership degree from the University of Cambridge and a BA in French and History from the University of Southampton, complemented by a BSc in Banking and Finance from The University of Manchester and a certification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
