Bill Tsotsos, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in institutional investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at PGIM since July 2021, Bill previously held the role of Head of Institutional, Canada at Franklin Templeton from August 2019 to July 2021. Bill's prior positions include Senior Vice President and Head of Canada at BrightSphere Investment Group from August 2013 to February 2019, as well as Managing Director at Baring Asset Management from March 2008 to August 2013. Earlier career roles include Director of Institutional Sales at Scotia Cassels and VP positions at both PIMCO and Standard Life Investments. Bill holds an MBA from Queen's University and a BA from the University of Toronto.
