Caiti B.

Caiti B. is the Director of Innovation at PGIM, with responsibilities including strategy and communications for the Chief Innovation Officer, managing strategic partnerships, and driving the innovation communications plan, all while fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. Prior to joining PGIM in April 2021, Caiti B. held various roles at Credit Suisse from February 2008 to April 2021, including Vice President of IT Operations Business Management and COO for the Americas region, where support was provided to senior executives, oversight of financial budgeting, and leadership within the region. Additional roles included IT Portfolio Investment Governance Manager and Program Management Officer, with focus on governance, resource planning, and business process improvements. Caiti B. holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from North Carolina State University.
