Caity McLaughlin

Caity McLaughlin is a Principal at PGIM, where they originate Credit Tenant Lease investments for the Private Credit business. They lead a team responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing CTL investments globally, including financing for build-to-suit assets and sale/leasebacks. Caity previously held various positions at PGIM from Investment Associate to Director before becoming a Principal. They gained early experience as a Global Treasury Intern at State Street in 2008 and graduated from Bucknell University in 2009.
