Desiree Ally is the Lead of Market Data Services currently managing market data administration at PGIM since 2025. Previously, Desiree served as Vice President of Global Market Data Administration at Morgan Stanley from 2011 to 2025, where they built and led centralized teams to facilitate global market data coverage and pioneered high-impact initiatives that drove significant cost savings. Currently, Desiree is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management at the City University of New York-Baruch College and an Associate's degree in Accounting from CUNY Bronx Community College.
