Domingo Navarro, MBA, is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in investment operations, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Operations at PGIM since October 2025. Previously, Navarro was the Principal and Head of Operations at PGIM Quantitative Solutions from March 2024 to October 2025, after holding various leadership roles, including Vice President of Investment Operations, Director of Operations, and Manager of Operations at PGIM Quantitative Solutions from May 1999 to January 2024. Navarro began a career at Prudential Financial, where roles included Senior Associate in Security Master and Pricing.
