Douglas Becker

Douglas Becker serves as Vice President of HR Solutions and Data Insights at PGIM since February 2016, having previously held roles including Director and Manager of HR Business and Data Analysis at the same company. Prior to PGIM, Douglas worked at KPMG LLP as a Senior Associate in Management Consulting, focusing on People and Change and IT Enabled Transformation. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internal Consultant position at Yale University, Project Manager for Global HR IT at Dell Inc., and IT Consultant at Electronic Data Systems. Douglas holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
