Frank Buda

Frank Buda is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government and regulatory roles. Notable positions include Summer Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under Acting Chair Allison Herren Lee, and various roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2012 to 2016, including Senior Special Counsel and Attorney-Adviser.
