Frederick Lohr

Frederick Lohr serves as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at PGIM, leading legal initiatives for PGIM Investments International since September 2020. Previously, from September 2004 to September 2020, Frederick held the position of Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at Legg Mason, where responsibilities included advising on Irish umbrella funds, facilitating new product launches, and drafting essential documentation across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to that role, Frederick was an Associate at Dechert LLP, focusing on mutual funds and investment advisers. Frederick holds a Doctor of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Pomona College.
