Jeffrey Becker

Jeffrey Becker is the current Chairman & CEO of Jennison Associates at PGIM. Jeffrey has over 20 years of experience in the military intelligence field. Jeffrey started their career as a military analyst with General Dynamics Information Technology, where they were tasked with researching and writing a wide variety of articles and papers. Jeffrey also participated in USJFCOM-sponsored experiments, including Multinational Experiment 3, Pinnacle Impact 2003, Millennium Challenge 2002, the RDO Analytical Wargame, Unified Vision 01, and Operational Net Assessment Limited Objective Experiment.

In 1998, they joined SAIC as a Principal Analyst. During their 18 years with the company, they conducted studies on space access and swarming UAV’s and other robotic vehicles. Jeffrey also published articles on these topics. In 2016, they left SAIC to join Jennison Associates as Chairman & CEO.

Jeffrey Becker has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa, an M.A. in International Studies from Old Dominion University, and has studied abroad in Politics at Lancaster University.

Jeffrey Becker reports to David Hunt, President & CEO. They are on a team with Linda Gibson - Chairman & CEO, PGIM Quantitative Solutions, Kathryn Sayko - Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, and Michael Lillard - Head, PGIM Fixed Income.
