John Ploeg

John Ploeg is the Co-Head of ESG Credit Research at PGIM, where they manage a team of UK analysts and oversee the development of proprietary ESG frameworks and tools. Ploeg conducts ESG-related research to support credit analysis and works closely with clients to implement their ESG objectives. Previously, they held various roles including London Head of CLO Structuring and Product Management at PGIM Fixed Income and an analyst in the CIO Department at Prudential Financial. Ploeg holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University.
