Kate White (nee Herbert) serves as the Head EU/UK Regulatory Counsel at PGIM since November 2015, previously holding the title of VP Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Supervising Associate at Simmons & Simmons from October 2011 to November 2015, and Assistant Vice President in Equities Legal/Funds at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2010 to October 2011. Kate began their legal career at Aberdeen Asset Management as a Solicitor from January 2008 to July 2010, and at Fladgate LLP as an Assistant Solicitor from September 2006 to December 2007. Kate's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Law and Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completed between 1998 and 2001, following education at Rugby School.
