Lee Pollard

Lee Pollard serves as the Head of Human Resources for PGIM Europe and Asia since March 2017, leading HR strategies across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Lee was the Director at Right Direction HR Consulting Ltd, offering HR consulting services to major financial services companies from July 2014 to February 2017. Lee's extensive experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at MetLife, where responsibilities spanned Western Europe, the UK and Ireland, and European regions, focusing on HR services aligned with business strategies, performance management, and organizational health initiatives. Lee also held HR roles at Dryden Wealth Management, Prudential Financial, and the American Forest & Paper Association, beginning a career in human resources with The City of New York Office of Labor Relations. Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Labour and Industrial Relations from Cornell University/Baruch College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from Skidmore College.
