Marcia Diaz is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate, currently serving as the head of U.S. Financing Solutions and global head of Senior Debt Solutions. Based in Los Angeles, Marcia is responsible for providing comprehensive financing solutions to top global sponsors. Previously, Marcia oversaw U.S. core debt strategies and directed the origination of commercial mortgage loans at PGIM Real Estate. Marcia is also a member of the Global Management Council and serves as a senior sponsor for the diversity, equity, and inclusion program. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
