Matt Collins, CFA, is the Head of ETFs and Capital Markets at PGIM, where they lead the development and growth of a rapidly scaling ETF platform, expanding from inception to over $20 billion in assets under management. Previously, they were a founding member of Vanguard’s ETF team, contributing to growth from $5 billion to $200 billion in assets and establishing the framework for the modern ETF marketplace. Their experience includes directing U.S. ETF expansion at ETF Securities U.S. and overseeing market-making strategies and product launches across both U.S. and international markets. Passionate about ETF transparency and innovation, Collins actively participates in media discussions and industry panels.
