Matthew Harvey is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in middle market direct lending and private equity. Since June 2018, Matthew has served as Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Middle Market Direct Lending at PGIM, overseeing investment origination, portfolio management, and fundraising. Prior to this role, from March 2015 to June 2019, Matthew held the position of Senior Vice President at PGIM Private Capital, focusing on mezzanine and structured equity funds. Matthew's career also includes significant roles at Pricoa Capital Group, where responsibilities encompassed leveraged debt and minority equity investing in the UK and Europe, as well as positions at Prudential Capital Partners specializing in mezzanine and private equity investing. Matthew earned a BS in Economics and Finance from DePaul University between 1999 and 2003.
