Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and transformation across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Director for Europe and Asia at PGIM since May 2022, Michael oversees HR operational processes, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement. From August 2006 to December 2021, Michael held several leadership roles at MetLife, including AVP of HR Transformation and AVP of EMEA HR Shared Services, where responsibilities involved managing large-scale HR projects, vendor relations, and strategic implementations. Michael's career began at Prudential Financial in various roles, culminating as a Senior HR Analyst.
