Michael Klaessy

Michael Klaessy is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President and Global Privacy Officer at PGIM since November 2022, where the focus is on directing the global privacy program. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions including Director of Data Privacy & Information Governance at Brunswick Corporation, where efforts were concentrated on global data privacy and protection for multiple subsidiaries. Additional experience includes significant roles in IT audit and information assurance at leading firms such as Cotton & Company LLP, Capital One, Ernst and Young LLP, and KPMG. Michael holds an MBA from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa.
