Mita Matharu is an accomplished technology and transformation leader with extensive experience in driving agile initiatives and strategic programs across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Strategy and Transformation at PGIM since September 2024, Mita also holds a position as a Member at Chief, a network aimed at empowering senior women leaders. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology Transformation at PGIM Fixed Income, Senior Vice President of Lean Agile Transformation at Bank of America, and Director of Lean Agile Transformation at Dun & Bradstreet. Mita's expertise encompasses agile coaching, program management, and operational efficiency, demonstrated through impactful initiatives at Cigna, Honeywell, and CVS Health. Mita earned a degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Rutgers University.
