Morgan Murphy is a Vice President at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the Agency Financing Underwriting Team based in New York City. They are responsible for underwriting multifamily transactions financed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and specialize in Affordable Housing programs. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2020, Morgan spent over five years at Wells Fargo's Multifamily Capital group. Morgan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Operations Management from Georgetown University and is pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School.
