Nikolas Miller

Nikolas Miller, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment opportunities at PGIM since July 2010, currently serving as Senior Principal. Responsibilities include sourcing mezzanine and structured equity investments across various transaction types such as M&A, growth financing, and restructuring within North America, South America, Western Europe, and Australia/New Zealand. Nikolas has held multiple roles at PGIM Private Capital, advancing from Principal to Director, and earlier gained valuable analytical experience at Cascade Investment. An alumnus of Claremont McKenna College, Nikolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, and Mathematics, complemented by a strong foundational education at Flintridge Preparatory School.
