Oliver Smith

Oliver Smith, CFA, is the Director of International Asset Management at PGIM Real Estate, where they lead a team covering senior debt and construction across Europe, Australia, and Canada. Previously, Oliver held various roles within PGIM, including Senior Asset Manager and Senior Analyst. Prior to joining PGIM, they gained experience at HSBC, serving as a Project Manager in Real Estate and Operations Manager for the North West commercial real estate team. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from the University of Leeds and an IFS Diploma in Financial Services Management with distinction from the University of Central England.
