Paul Geyer

Paul Geyer is the Managing Director at PGIM, where they oversee the Dallas debt origination office, primarily responsible for originating a diverse range of mortgage products across the United States. They have extensive experience in the finance sector, having served as Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and Vice President at both J.P. Morgan Mortgage Capital Inc. and Nomura Securities. Paul’s earlier career included a role as Director at Prudential Real Estate Investors. They are an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and The Real Estate Council of Dallas, and are pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from DePauw University.
