Sagneet Kaur

Sagneet Kaur is a Senior Vice President of Behavioral Finance and Consumer Insights at PGIM since August 2023, focusing on building a data-driven ecosystem for the mutual fund industry. Previously, Sagneet served as Associate Director of Behavioral Research at Morningstar, where responsibilities included leading a team in behavioral research and developing analytical models for risk analytics and investor biases. As Vice President of Consumer Sciences at Prosperfit.org, Sagneet was instrumental in creating a financial aptitude model to help individuals make informed financial decisions. Additional experience includes a role as Head of Research and Strategy at LXL Ideas, and earlier research and teaching positions at Punjabi University, where Sagneet earned a Ph.D. in Psychology. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Psychology and a BA (Honors in Psychology).
