Sarah Griffin is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Marketing for EMEA at PGIM since August 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Director of Global Institutional Marketing at Fidelity International, where strategic initiatives focused on acquisition and retention were executed effectively. Prior experience also includes Managing Director of Marketing for EMEA & Asia at SEI, where a successful brand and lead generation strategy was developed. Earlier roles included Senior Campaign Manager at ReMark International and Direct Marketing Manager at Castle Cover Ltd., where significant customer acquisition was achieved. Sarah began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at RNLI. Academic credentials include a BA (Hons) in Multi-Media Journalism from Bournemouth University.
