Sharon O’Sullivan

Sharon O'Sullivan is a Director of QA at PGIM Innovation, currently leading initiatives in Quality Assurance. They possess extensive experience in performance testing, test automation, and test data management, having previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Mintel and held various roles at Pramerica, including System Manager and Senior Automation Engineer. Sharon has demonstrated expertise in designing test automation processes and integrating them into DevOps practices, alongside mentoring new staff and managing QA processes across multiple projects. Their educational background includes a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computing with Data Communications and a Higher Diploma in Finance and Technology, all from Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
