Stephanie Wiggins is a senior leader in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as the Head of Production, Agency Lending at PGIM Real Estate. With over three decades of experience in debt financing, Stephanie has originated, evaluated, and approved over $20 billion in multifamily and healthcare properties across the United States. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust, where they managed a $6 billion fund, and Senior Underwriter at Green Park Financial. Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Stephanie actively mentors women and diverse professionals while supporting community initiatives, including serving on the board of the Campanga Center in Virginia.
