Stuart Carr

Stuart Carr is a senior real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in investment management, private equity, transactions, and development. They oversee PGIM's Australian real estate equity business and have executed some of the largest real estate deals in Australia, managing over $15 billion in transactions and capital raising across various asset classes. Previously, they held leadership roles at Dexus, where they directed the $2.5 billion Dexus Real Estate Partnership fund and contributed significantly to major development projects in Sydney and London. Stuart holds multiple master's degrees, including from the University of Sydney and the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the London School of Economics.
