Taggart Davis

Taggart Davis currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs for PGIM in the EMEA region since October 2023. Previously, Taggart held roles as Managing Director and Head of EU Government Affairs at the Managed Funds Association from March 2022 to October 2023, and served in various capacities at the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) from May 2017 to March 2022, including Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Transatlantic Task Force. Taggart's extensive experience in government relations also includes positions at J.P. Morgan from 2011 to 2022, where responsibilities spanned from Executive Director to Associate in Government Relations. Additionally, Taggart worked as a Policy Assistant at the European Parliament, focusing on EU financial regulation, and held earlier roles as a teaching assistant and English tutor. Taggart earned an MA in Global and Comparative Politics from the University of Essex and a BA in Spanish from the University of Montana.
