Thomas Kenny

Thomas Kenny is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in funds and asset management. Currently serving as Vice President - Corporate Counsel at PGIM since January 2022, Thomas has previously held senior associate roles at Arthur Cox, Allen & Overy, and Travers Smith, where expertise included advising institutional asset managers and investors on regulatory matters and fund establishment. Thomas began a legal career at Matheson in the Funds & Asset Management Group and has a strong educational foundation with a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland and dual degrees in law and commerce from the University of Galway.
