Tim Nagel

Tim Nagel is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Vice President at PGIM since January 2023, with prior experience as Vice President for Europe and Asia at the Company of HR Professionals. Previously, Tim held the role of Managing Director of Compensation at Nuveen, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation for Nuveen International and Global Nuveen Real Assets. Tim's earlier career includes senior roles at Jupiter Asset Management and Deloitte, along with a brief secondment at Roche focusing on HR mobility. Tim holds credentials from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians, along with a Master of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Engineering Management from the University of Southampton.
