Yuko Ikeda

Yuko Ikeda is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR for PGIM Fixed Income since December 2020, Yuko's prior roles include Vice President and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Voya Investment Management and Vice President of Human Resources at PineBridge Investments. Notable past responsibilities encompass leading HR for Listed Equities, Fixed Income, and Sales & Marketing divisions, as well as managing HR operations for the Japan region while at PineBridge. Yuko began their career at GE Capital as an HR Manager and has participated in a Human Resources Leadership Program, attaining expertise in Six Sigma, compensation and benefits, and talent development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Development Administration from The Australian National University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Keio University.
