Alison Thompson

Alison Thompson is the Head of OD & People Development at PGL Travel, where they lead the design and delivery of various people development initiatives. Previously, they served as Head of Learning and Talent at Defence Equipment & Support and Head of Learning and Development at Princess Yachts, where they implemented strategic learning frameworks and managed talent development programs. Alison's extensive experience includes roles at Mitie, Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust, and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, focusing on learning strategies and team management. They hold a Master's degree in Creative Events Management from Falmouth University and are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Education from the University of Plymouth.
