Fiona McKinnon

Fiona McKinnon is the Senior Operations Manager at PGL Beyond, where they currently oversee the operations of seven attractions and implement marketing and budget plans while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies. Previously, Fiona held various management roles at Merlin Entertainments plc, including Circus, Admissions and Ballroom Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, where they were responsible for optimizing operational budgets and enhancing guest experiences. Fiona's career also includes positions at DW Sports Fitness and Pleasure Beach Blackpool, focusing on retail and catering operations. Fiona graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Police and Criminal Investigation from the University of Central Lancashire.
